Background

We conducted an in-depth market survey addressing the unique high-temperature and high-humidity climatic conditions in Southeast Asia. The survey focused on the impact of extreme heat, severe road conditions, and heavy loads on tire durability.

Market Pain Points

Field investigations revealed that standard tires from competitors frequently suffer from three major quality issues under Southeast Asian conditions:

Technical Solutions

Against these pain points, we introduced the customized WorldTrack WTT1/WTT2 series 295/80R22.5:

1. Adoption of a low-heat-generation sub-tread compound and reinforced structure. Even under 60°C ground temperatures, the belt layer temperature remains within a safe range.

2.Increased the tread depth of the drive tire to 20.03mm (WTT2) and utilized high-tensile steel cords. The thick tread layer effectively resists debris impact and prevents wire exposure.

3.Introduction of a 'Wide-Angle U-Shape' groove base geometry combined with customized anti-aging rubber, effectively distributing deformation pressure to ensure zero cracking at the groove base.

4.Active implementation of a wide tread design (over 30cm) to increase the contact area and unify pressure distribution. This not only enhances safety in wet conditions but also significantly extends wear life.
